For conferences, seminars, presentations, press-conferences, trainings for staff etc. Slavutich Hotel offers an air-conditioned Conference-hall #1 (60 sq. m.) and Conference-hall #2 accommodates up to 150 persons (section "A"), section "C" - 50 persons. The cost of services of Conference-hall #1 is 125 UAH per hour, of Conference-hall #2 section "A" is 250 UAH per hour and section "C" - 125 UAH per hour ". On preliminary request we can also provide you necessary technical equipment:

-Screen Data projector

-Remote control for lap-top

-Video recording to CD or VHS cassettes

-Flipchart

-Technical maintenance of simultaneous translation

-Audio recording and insonation of the hall

-A TV-set and videorecorder

On your demand, various types of seats’ arrangement are available.

For business meetings we offer a Board-room (roundtable arrangement) for 15 seats with necessary equipment and air-conditioning. The cost of services is 125 UAH per hour.

Hosts of conferences may order one of various menus for coffee-breaks, receptions and dinners.
